Where in the World?

Hi guys! Hope you’re all enjoying your weekend. I just took an epic nap. Hoping I’ll get my second wind because we have more holiday festivities tonight, including dinner reservations at Supper, followed by (another!) holiday party. All good things. Don’t you worry about us.

This week has been pretty low-key running-wise. I’m definitely enjoying taking it easy. I have been switching it up and running IN Philadelphia, as opposed to along the Schuylkill river during my early morning runs. The change of scenery is just what I needed. Yesterday morning circa 5 AM, I went on a lovely, quiet run (sans iPod!) down Walnut Street and along Penn’s Landing. It was so peaceful, taking in all the holiday décor on the Old City brownstones.

Along with finishing my shopping, another thing that seems to be occupying my mind lately is VACATION 2012! I feel like we haven’t gone on vacay in awhile. However, we can’t figure out where to go – Joe and I are (literally) all over the map on destination choices.
