A couple years ago, I noticed my husband was making a protein shake using milk and a big-ol' jug of some sort of flashy "protein powder" that he likely spent a small fortune on. I grabbed this jug-in-question and started reading the ingredients. "Do not drink this." I said. "You don't need this. Lets find something better." And so began the search.
NaturaStride is excited to offer Tera's Whey Protein to our customers. We know there are tons of protein powders on the market - but where to start?
Whey Protein is an easy and nutritious addition to recovery juices and shakes. It is said that whey protein has post-workout benefits including the ability to open up the blood flow, providing a more efficient current of nutrients throughout the body to help build and repair muscle tissue.
Other benefits of whey protein include providing an abundant source of amino acids (may reduce heart disease & some cancers). It is also suggested that whey protein may increase antioxidants in the body to protect against free radicals and toxins. Check out Tera's Whey for additional information on health benefits.
We were psyched when we found Tera's Whey. Tera's Whey products are created with all natural ingredients, with no fillers or additives. Just the good stuff. The whey proteins offered by NaturaStride are all Certified Organic by MOSA. Check out our Tera's Whey Products and Starter Kits on NaturaStride.com!
